Please join us for this hands-on, interactive breakfast workshop exploring the SEC's New Executive Compensation Disclosure Rules for Public Companies.

Mintz Levin securities law practitioners will lead a comprehensive review and analysis of the changes and effects of these new rules, together with interactive examples and sample disclosures, and recommended actions for companies and their compensation committees to respond to the changes.
