Companies considering an initial public offering will also benefit from this workshop, as the new rules also govern disclosure in registration statement filings with the SEC. In addition, the program will benefit participants who negotiate employment agreements for executives of public companies, as it will discuss the detailed disclosure required in SEC filings regarding executive employment agreements and arrangements.
