Peter M. Saparoff, a member in the firm's Litigation and Business and Finance Sections, is scheduled to chair an American Law Institute | American Bar Association video webcast course on Friday, October 17, 2008. This program, "SEC and State Enforcement and Litigation: Issues Arising from the Recent Market Upheaval on Wall Street," will cover two distinct issues – enforcement and litigation. Topics will include subprime issues, sanctions and settlements, issuer penalties, analysis of fiscal year initial administrative decisions, state securities investigations, and how the SEC conducts litigation. In addition, expert panelists will also take questions throughout the live webcast.
