Thomas S. Crane, a member in the firm's Health Law Section and co-coordinator of the Health Care Fraud and Abuse and Corporate Compliance practice group, will be speaking at the American Health Lawyers Association/Health Care Compliance Association's (AHLA/HCCA) Fraud & Compliance Forum in Baltimore, Maryland. His presentation entitled "Anti-Kickback Discounts Arrangements" (click here to view) is scheduled to be delivered on both Monday, October 6, 2008 from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. and Tuesday, October 7, 2008 from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m.
