On Friday, October 24, 2008 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, Harvey Saferstein, the Managing Member of the firm's Los Angeles office and a member in the Litigation Section, will speak as part of the 18th Annual Golden State Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Institute.
