On Tuesday, October 28, 2008 from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm, the Entrepreneurial Best Practices Series will bring to UC Berkeley and the Haas School of Business the best practitioners from the Berkeley and Silicon Valley area to address the practical aspects of entrepreneurial activity. Bryan J. Sinclair, a member in the Intellectual Property Section, and Pedro F. Suarez, who is Of Counsel and also practices in the Intellectual Property Section, are scheduled to discuss some of the beneficial intellectual property strategies commonly employed by start-up companies. In addition, they will work to define legal terms like patent, copyright, and trademark and also find time to answer your questions.
