On Thursday, November 13, 2008, Mintz Levin is scheduled to sponsor and host an Association of Corporate Counsel America event entitled "Clash of the Forums: Where to Litigate Your Patent Infringement, Commercial, and Trade Secrets/Non-Compete Lawsuits."
The San Diego office will open its doors to professionals seeking to understand how, in today's business world, litigation has become an unavoidable cost of doing business whether it is related to patent infringement, commercial disputes, trade secret misappropriation, or unfair competition.
