Alden J. Bianchi, a member in the Employee, Labor, and Benefits Section of the Boston office where he leads the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice, is scheduled to present on Friday, November 7, 2008 at a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program, "Business Lawyers' Guide to Corporate Tax." This program answers the most common questions and helps attendees spot troublesome tax issues that can derail a deal and pose problems for clients down the road.
