Steve Ganis, who is Of Counsel in the Boston office where he practices in the Litigation Section, will speak on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at the Downtown Harvard Club of Boston as part of a Huron Consulting Group program, "Anti-Money Laundering Compliance in these Turbulent Times."
This program will explore the impact of this period of economic upheaval on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) examination activities and industry compliance efforts. In addition, participants will gain inside perspectives into the major issues found during recent AML investigations, along with suggestions for how to better manage systemic risk. Finally, key processes and factors involved in maintaining an effective AML program will be examined.
