Frank W. Lloyd, a member in the Communications Section, will chair the Practicing Law Institute (PLI) program "Cable Television Law 2009: Competition in Video, Internet & Telephony." This conference is in San Francisco from March 2-3, 2009. A live webcast will also be available; it will run concurrent to the conference agenda.
Participants will learn about the array of laws and rules affecting all aspects of the cable industry, which includes voice, broadband, and video distribution.
