Matt Kirmayer, a member in the Corporate practice, will participate in a New Zealand Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (NZVCA) luncheon. This event is scheduled for Monday, December 8, 2008, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm in Auckland, New Zealand where Mr. Kirmayer is currently traveling to further his work with NZTE and companies engaged in the US market. Participants interested in learning about the current outlook of venture investment from the US and the implications for New Zealand companies are encouraged to attend.
