Bret A. Cohen to speak at the Boston Bar Association program, "Damages in Employment Discrimination and Retaliation Cases"

Bret A. Cohen, a member in the firm's Employment, Labor and Benefits Section, is scheduled to speak on Monday, January 12, 2009, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm as a panelist at the Boston Bar Association (BBA) program, "Damages in Employment Discrimination and Retaliation Cases."
This program will explore how to prove and defend against the award of damages in employment discrimination and retaliation cases. It will provide legal insight into the guidance offered—and questions raised—by recent case law. In addition, panelists will share practical tips related to the analysis and presentation of damages at each stage in a dispute.
