Nancy D. Adams to speak at Capital I Day presented by the Washington, D.C. Chapter of the Professional Association for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters

On Friday, March 20, 2009, in Rockville, Maryland, Nancy D. Adams, a member in the Litigation Section, will speak on "D&O Liability Insurance: Emerging Claims and Coverage Issues" at Capital I Day, presented by the Washington, D.C. Chapter of the Professional Association for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU).
This workshop will examine the 150 different forms of directors and officers’ liability insurance as well as the important reasons for producers, underwriters, adjusters, and risk managers to understand these different coverages. It will also explain how recent decisions are impacting these coverages.
