Larose, a member in the Corporate practice, will speak on "Identity Theft Red Flag Rules and Discrepancy Requirements for Healthcare Providers" at the Massachusetts Health Data Consortium event "Securing Patient Information Wherever it Goes."
Larose will explain what identity theft red flag rules mean, who must comply, and how they affect health care providers. She will also examine and share organizational requirements, mitigation, and best practices to help ensure that consumers are prepared.
