On Tuesday, April 28, 2009, in Monterrey, Mexico, Stephen M. Weiner, the chair of the firm's Health Law practice, will speak on "Addressing Legal Issues" at the First Latin America Medical Tourism and Health Tourism Congress.
This session, which is one of many throughout this three-day conference, will examine topics that include contract evaluation and negotiation for international providers and reducing the risk of liability for insurers and employers in creating international networks.
