Mikels, a member in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Commercial Law Section, will speak on a panel about "Outsiders’ Dilemma – Achieving organizational Buy-in as Restructuring Advisors" at the Harvard Business School Turnaround Club’s 11th Annual HBS Turnaround Conference.
The conference is the oldest student-run event in the United States focusing on turnarounds. This event aims to address the key issues and trends relevant to turnaround CEOs and CFOs, turnaround investors (equity and debt), and turnaround facilitators such as consultants, lawyers, and bankers.
