On Tuesday, May 12, 2009, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, in Boston, Kimberly A. Sigler, an associate in the Real Estate Section, will speak at a Boston Bar Association program on "Advanced Ground Lease Practice: Structuring, Negotiating and Financing."
The program will examine some issues and practical tips in negotiating financeable ground leases from a tenant's and lender's perspective.
