Adrienne K. Walker to speak at a Suffolk University Law School conference, "The Impact of Fraud: Madoff and Beyond"

On Friday, May 29, 2009, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, in Boston, Adrienne K. Walker, an associate in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Commercial Law Section, will speak on "Ponzi Schemes: Victimized Again - Rights and Exposures of Victims and Others in the Thief's Insolvency Proceeding" at a conference on "The Impact of Fraud: Madoff and Beyond," presented by Suffolk University Law School.
The session will examine a variety of topics related to Ponzi schemes, including the causes of action, different jurisdictional issues, and the Securities Investment Protection Act (SIPA).
