Pamela B. Greene to speak at the "High Technology Accounting Conference: A to Z of Equity Accounting," presented by the Massachusetts CPA Society

On Wednesday, June 17, 2009, from 1:00 pm to 2:15 pm, in Natick, Massachusetts, Pamela B. Greene, a member in the Corporate practice, will speak on "General Equity Matters" at the "High Technology Accounting Conference: A to Z of Equity Accounting," presented by the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, Inc.
The session will examine the legal and due diligence side of the stock compensation coin, as well as provide an overview of the differences between stock compensation accounting under IFRS versus U.S. GAAP. It will also address computing earnings per share (EPS), including the impact of share-based payments and other equity matters.
