Ratinoff, who is of counsel in the Intellectual Property Section, will speak at a program on "New Developments in California Trade Secret Law - Recent Case Law That May Impact Your IP Protection Strategies," presented by the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
This seminar will examine significant recent opinions from the California appellate courts interpreting the state’s trade secret laws, and how Silicon Valley companies must take into account these recent cases when considering trade secret enforcement as a means for protecting their intellectual property.
