On Thursday, June 11, 2009, from 8:00 am to 10:00 am, in Waltham, Massachusetts, Megan N. Gates, a member in the firm's Corporate practice and co-chair of the Securities practice group, will speak on a panel entitled "An Overview of Best Practices in Corporate Disclosure" at "Communications Strategies for the New Age of Corporate Transparency and Accountability," a breakfast seminar presented by Business Wire.
