On Tuesday, July 28, 2009, from 11:45 am to 1:15 pm, Bryan J. Sinclair, a member in Mintz Levin’s Intellectual Property Section, will speak on “Protecting Your Intellectual Property” at a SVASE Startup-U event, co-sponsored by Mintz Levin.
Sinclair will walk attendees through best practices and share insights on IP protection, including the patent application process, how to enforce patents, and ways to identify infringement. He will also share stories–good and bad–that should give real-life prospective for early-stage entrepreneurs.
