Richard E. Mikels to speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute's 16th Annual Northeast Bankruptcy Conference

On Friday, July 17, 2009, from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, Richard E. Mikels, who chairs Mintz Levin’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Commercial Law Section, will speak on the "Outlook for Restructuring Industry" panel at the American Bankruptcy Institute's 16th Annual Northeast Bankruptcy Conference, being held at the Mt. Washington Inn in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire.
The panel will discuss the “credit crunch,” the provision of bail-outs to certain businesses in certain industries, and waning consumer confidence, and how all of those factors may have altered the ability to restructure a company.
