Stephen is a member of the firm's New York office and practices in the Business and Finance Section. He has been involved in structuring, negotiating and implementing a broad range of domestic and international transactions, including public and private offerings of securities, venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations, restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. He has extensive experience in corporation and partnership finance, having represented underwriters, issuers and venture capitalists in transactions involving diverse financial products. He has counseled clients in a variety of industries, including biotechnology, chemicals, consumer products, electronics, financial services, healthcare, internet services and e-commerce, traditional and new media, telecommunications, securities brokerage, and sports and entertainment.
