Mintz Levin and Iron Mountain To Co-Present “Alternative Dispute Resolution of Employment Complaints”

On Thursday, October 8, 2009, from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., Mintz Levin and Iron Mountain will co-present a breakfast seminar, “Alternative Dispute Resolution of Employment Complaints: An Inside and Out Perspective.” Martha Zackin, of counsel in Mintz Levin’s Employment, Labor and Benefits Section, and John Roslansky, Labor and Employment Counsel at Iron Mountain, will discuss mandatory alternative dispute resolutions and their current state in the law, using a well-crafted dispute resolution program to avoid litigation, and the future of mandatory arbitration.
