On Thursday, November 12, 2009, from 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m., William Davis, a member in the Litigation Section, will present “AWP (Average Wholesale Price) and WAC (Wholesale Acquisition Cost): What You Need to Know” at the American Conference Institute’s 4th Annual Rx Drug Pricing Boot Camp. Topics to be discussed will include when and why is AWP still used for reimbursement, reporting and not reporting AWP, understanding what constitutes WAC and how it is used, and defining the relationship between AWP and WAC.
