Occupational Medicine Issues Discussed by Steven D. Weatherhead, Mintz Levin Attorney, at 10th Annual Conference

Steven D. Weatherhead, Senior Associate in Employment, Labor and Benefits practice at Mintz Levin, will participate at the Tenth Annual Lewis H. Millender, MD Occupational Medicine Conference being held at the Boston Marriott Newton in Newton, Massachusetts on Thursday, March 18, 2004. Steve will speak on the topic of "Communicable Diseases in the Workplace: At the Intersection of Occupational Medicine, Employment Law and Product Safety."
The Lewis H. Millender, MD, Occupational Medicine Conference was begun in 1994 to provide quality education to occupational health professionals.
Steve's work primarily involves litigation and counseling on federal and state employment issues, including discrimination, sexual harassment, leaves of absence, wrongful termination, workplace health and safety, and employment contracts, including non-competition and anti-raiding agreements. Steve has represented employers in federal courts around the country, as well as before a number of federal and state agencies.
