On Tuesday, January 5, 2010, from 3:45 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Karen S. Lovtich, managing member of the Health Law practice, will speak on “Medicare Reporting and Recovery: New Requirements” at the Practising Law Institute’s "Current Developments in Insurance Law" program. Topics to be discussed will include workers' compensation, automobile, health and liability insurers; Section 111 reporting; CSR conditional payments and recovery; and issues in implementing and applying new obligations.
