On Wednesday, December 9, 2009, from 5:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Mintz Levin will sponsor the “Cracking the Carbon Equation” program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. David O’Connor, Senior Vice President for Energy and Clean Technology at ML Strategies, will serve on the presentation panel. Topics to be discussed include emerging regulatory frameworks; the technologies designed to capture, sequester, and reuse CO2; and the opportunities to develop financing and trading strategies based on carbon assets.
