On Tuesday, December 8, 2009, from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.., Mintz Levin will present a lunch program, “The Changing Landscape of Patent Infringement Damages: An Analysis of Recent 100 Million- and Billion-Dollar Damages Decisions and a Look Forward.” Matthew Bernstein, John Giust, and Bryan Sinclair, members in the Intellectual Property Section, will discuss the high-stakes area of patent litigation, the recent explosion of million- and billion-dollar verdicts, and patent damages strategies for both plaintiffs and defendants.
