2010 Staffing Industry Analysts' Executive Forum

On Thursday, March 18, 2010, from 1:15 p.m. - 2:15 p.m., Alden J. Bianchi, a member in the Employment, Labor and Benefits Section, will speak on the "Legislative Agenda and Staffing Firms: Immigration, H-1B Visas, Healthcare Reform and More" panel at the 2010 Staffing Industry Analysts' Executive Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada. The panel will discuss the current state of federal health care reform, and will address such questions as: Could healthcare reform, either federal or state efforts, come back to impact staffing firms? What other legislative challenges do staffing CEOs need to know about in the changing political environment? What could be the impact on staffing of federal legislation aimed at boosting jobs? Where does the Employee Free Choice Act stand? What could immigration reform bring, and what about staffing firms using H-1B employees?
