Mintz Levin Attorneys To Speak on "Clean Tech 2010: Opportunities for a New Decade"

On Thursday, March 25, 2010, from 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., Thomas R. Burton, III, a member in the Corporate practice and Chair of the firm's Energy and Clean Technology practice group, Carl A. Kukkonen, III, a member in the Intellectual Property Section, Brady Berg, a member in the Corporate practice, and Travis L. Blais, an associate in the Tax Section, will present "Clean Tech 2010: Opportunities for a New Decade." Topics to be discussed will include President Obama's recently proposed budget increase for the Department of Energy (DOE), planned tax incentives by fuel source, proposed domestic and cross-border tax structures, and prospective DOE loan guarantee programs for renewable energy.
