On Thursday, March 18, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., Mark J. Riedy, a member in the Corporate practice, will speak on the "The Resurrection of Project Finance" panel. The panel, to be held at Mintz Levin's Boston office and hosted by the New England Clean Energy Council, Deloitte, and Mintz Levin, will discuss the lack of capital as a recurrent theme across all clean energy sectors and considerations that project developers need to make in today’s market, including various sources of capital, financial incentives, and debt and equity structures.
