On Monday, April 26, 2010, Susan W. Berson, a member in the Health Law practice, will co-chair the Practising Law Institute's "Health Care 2010: Managing Risks in the New Compliance and Enforcement Environment" conference, and will present the event's opening remarks and introduction.
Karen S. Lovitch, Practice Leader for the Health Law practice, will serve as a faculty member at this event, and will present "Promotion, Advertising & Marketing" from 9:15 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Topics to be addressed include scientific discussion vs. off-label promotion, Internet and new social media, reimbursement interplay issues, and enforcement activities.
