Health Care Reform: What Employers Need to Know Now!

On Thursday, April 29, 2010, from 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m., Alden J. Bianchi, a member in the Employment, Labor and Benefits Section, will present "Health Care Reform: What Employers Need to Know Now!" for the American Bar Association. This program will examine the most fundamental components of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (H.R. 3590) as amended by the Health Care & Education Affordability Reconciliation Act of 2010 (H.R. 4872) that employers will need to know about now so that there are no surprises when it comes to providing health and welfare benefits to its workforce.
