Antitrust Institute 2010: Developments & Hot Topics

On Thursday, May 20, 2010 and Friday, May 21, 2010, Harvey Saferstein, a member in the Litigation Section, will Co-Chair and Robert P. Taylor, a member in the Intellectual Property Section, will speak at "Antitrust Institute 2010: Developments & Hot Topics" for the Practising Law Institute.
Robert's presentation will be on Thursday, at 9:15 a.m. and is entitled "Cartels and Other Horizontal Relationships." Harvey's presentation will be on Friday at 9:00 a.m. and is entitled "Discrimination in Price and Promotions."
