Mintz Levin is hosting and co-sponsoring with the Software and Information Industry Association (SIIA) a seminar series to be held at the firm's Reston office on Software Licensing Best Practices.
This seminar series is geared to providing "best practices" insights to software business professionals responsible for business development and negotiation of license agreements. Speakers will offer examples and advice that can help companies maximize the value of their products and services, and achieve the full benefits -- financial and legal -- of sound licensing policies.
