On Monday, June 28, 2010, from 4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m., Ellen L. Janos, a member in the Health Law practice, will present "Government Enforcement Trends that Dictate Compliance Protocols" at the American Conference Institute's Life Sciences Compliance Bootcamp. This presentation will provide an overview of the federal False Claims Act and state federal anti-kickback laws as they apply to the life sciences industries, among other topics.
