On Friday, October 8, 2010 from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m., Bridget M. Rohde, a member in the firm’s Litigation Section, will serve as a panelist for the session on “Change? DOJ’s New Guidance on Criminal Discovery (Ethics)” at the ABA’s Fifth Annual National Institute on Securities Fraud Conference. This panel will analyze the new procedures of the DOJ initiative, discuss criminal discovery practices reform and share insight as to how to effectively obtain discoverable information from the government and consider the ramifications for noncompliance, from OPR investigation to bar disciplinary proceedings.
