On Tuesday, September 21, 2010, from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm, Paul Wilson, a member in the firm’s Litigation Section, will be a panel speaker at the Boston Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education Seminar titled “Chapter 40B in the Spotlight: The case for and against repeal.” Paul will lead attendees through the current status of the Commonwealth’s Comprehensive Permitting Law (Chapter 40B), discussing the essential arguments in favor of and against repeal.
