The topic of the lunch keynote will be “SEC Compliance in an Era of Climate Change – What You Need to Know.” In February of this year, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Committee declared that companies must consider climate change when disclosing business risks to investors. Whether you’re a public company or not, these new guidelines will have an impact on business up and down the supply chain.
