On Tuesday, October 5, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. (EST), Nancy Adams will be moderating a CPCU Society Webinar entitled “The Nuts and Bolts of Contractual Liability Exposures and Coverages.” In this “must-attend” webinar, Don Malecki, CPCU, delves into the mechanics of contractual liability, and discusses how contractual liability insurance applies under a CGL policy. Attendees will learn that coverage needs to follow the dictates of anti-indemnity statutes, to the extent they apply; and how to navigate around gaps created by ISO contractual liability limitation endorsements.
