3:10 pm - 3:50 pm
On Friday, October 22, 2010, from 3:10 p.m. – 3:50 p.m., Tom Koutsoumpas will be speaking at the 2010 Connected Health Symposium in Boston. The topic of Tom’s plenary panel will be “Short Takes for the Long Run: Four Fresh Ideas for Improving Health Care.” As gridlock threatens elsewhere, the responsibility for driving change falls directly to us—the patients, payers, physicians, hospital leaders, entrepreneurs, and IT execs who experience health care every day. At the Connected Health Symposium, which runs from the 21-22nd of October, Tom, along with dozens of other expert speakers, will meet to discuss and debate the means of moving care beyond the hospital and clinic and into the day-to-day lives of those who need it.
