Nancy Adams will be speaking at an Integro Insurance Brokers Healthcare Roundtable entitled, “Lemos vs. Electrolux — Should We Be Worried?” She joins John Rogers, vice president and general counsel at Berkshire Health Systems, to discuss what the December 2010 decision by a Massachusetts appellate court may mean for captive insurance companies. Her speech is called, “Your Captive: Vacuumed Up by Electrolux?” The roundtable will be held on February 16, 2011, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Boston Harbor Hotel.
