Harvey Saferstein will serve as co-chair of the Antitrust Institute 2011: Developments & Hot Topics program, put on by the Practicing Law Institute (PLI). Harvey will also serve as a panel speaker on various topics, including “Discrimination in Price and Promotions.” The program will be held in San Francisco, California, on February 17–18, 2011, from 9:00 am to 4:45 pm each day, as well as online. The “Discrimination in Price and Promotions” panel is on February 18, 2011, from 9:00 am to noon.
