Mitchell Lathrop will be among the speakers at the Global Business Law Review Symposium, hosted at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. The theme of this year’s symposium is “International Arbitration: Practice and Modern Developments.” The topic of Mitchell’s lecture is “Jurisdictional Issues in International Arbitration. The symposium will be on April 1, 2011, from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm, in the Moot Court Room at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
