Mr. Popeo will be speaking at the Directors’ Intensive Program on Corporate Governance, an all-day event presented Boston College Law School and the Carroll School of Management’s Center for Corporate Citizenship. Mr. Popeo will be part of the session on “Directors’ Duties and Director Protection: What Directors Need to Know to Lead with Confidence.” The program will be held at Boston College Law School, on June 22, 2011, from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and the session is from 9:30 am to 11:30 am that same day.
