Nuts & Bolts of Directors & Officers Insurance Coverage

Nancy Adams will be presenting “Nuts & Bolts of Directors & Officers Insurance Coverage” at the San Diego County Bar Association.  This seminar will cover Directors and Officers (D&O) insurance issues such as what kind of coverage is required for non-profit, public and small/large companies; how D&O policies work; and what directors and officers can do to protect themselves.  Presenters will provide specific examples of provisions, judicial decisions, and case experience which reflect D&O insurance coverage.
