The IRS recently sent questionnaires to municipal bond issuers asking whether the issuers had reviewed the secondary market trading data for their bonds. Many are unaware that secondary market trading information for your bonds is readily available to you via the internet. This seminar will present a primer on secondary market trading of higher education bonds and explore what secondary market trading data means for the higher education bond market.
