Bridget Rohde will speak on the “Confessions of an Inside Trader” at The Samuel & Ronnie Heyman Center on Corporate Governance of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. This panel will discuss the legal perspectives of a 15-year-long insider trading scheme that was fed by a corporate lawyer who worked at some of the nation’s most prestigious law firms.
Garrett Bauer pled guilty to insider trading, obstruction of justice and money laundering in a conspiracy that netted some $37 million. As he awaits his sentencing court date, he reflects back on lessons learned.
